The Housing Industry is a completely different animal, for better or for worse, than it was a year ago let alone what it was just last month. As you well know from your own experiences, this complete overhaul of an entire industry has been extremely disheartening, frustrating and exhausting on so many different levels that I even briefly considered leaving it for good, until I realized that I am a “Lifer”. I was never in it for the quick money or the big bucks. For the last 11 years I have treated this profession as a life-long career because I truly enjoyed helping people accomplish their goals while giving good deals and earning repeat and referral business. I just kept my head down and worked hard through it all and it seems to be one of the few formulas that have worked for those who continue to make a living in Real Estate.
